I’ve been using it for nearly 5 years I’ve been with Ring Central for nearly 5 years and I actually use the app from a cell enabled ipad, not even a phone. It has gotten more reliable every year and is constantly updated with new features. It has come so far! Texting is now MMS and you can send pictures as well. The call quality is almost always excellent. I loved being able to be out of the country and make calls as usual on high speed internet. No one even knew I was gone. A great product for companies with employees that are spread out or need several options.

We use Ring Central GLip for our internal office chat needs Pros: It is super easy to use and offers a place to keep links, files, and calendars all in one place. It is easy to maintain and use. Overall: It is super easy to use and figure out from an end user's standpoint.

The soft phone app performs well, is easy to use, installs on multiple computers and smartphones, and integrates well with Outlook. The sales and support staff have all been very friendly and easy to work with. I have had all my questions and issues addressed very quickly. The service works as expected and the amount of control I have over our phone system is vast.
